GCD Studios The Great Outdoors Mini Album

This little mini is another birthday gift for a fellow camper. I made this one in our RV during the evenings while we make our way down from Vermont to Florida. See, you don't need a big space to make minis!! I left a few blank pages so he can add the photos of his next trip. Maybe you can figure out by the last set of pictures where his next trip will be. Happy Camping, Tom!

Tags in every other page will fit large photos!

Tattered Time mini album using a Cinch binding.

The Tattered Time paper collection was perfect to use for a mini with a masculine look. Don't you think? It's a birthday gift. Fingers crossed, I hope he likes it. I didn't put a lot of embellishments on it. The paper patterns with their glossy accents really give the pages a finished look.

The cover is actually a flip page with a magnetic closure. I inserted another flip page with six more spots for photos and journaling to accommodate the great photos of their adventures.

It's really amazing how many photos can be put into a mini album. Even at the 4 1/2 x 6 size this album holds 52 photos.

Sometimes I tuck photos behind other photos on tags and put journaling spots on the back.

Every now and then I find it difficult to cover up a designer paper.

I fussy cut this paper around the design here so the picture wouldn't cover up the design.

Anyways, Happy Birthday, Trent. May you have many more minis filled with endless adventures!

October Afternoon Sidewalks Mini Album

Chipboard cover album made with gusseted pages using the Sidewalks collection. This album was made as a gift for a soon-to-be grandmother who wanted an album that would accomodate a boy or girl or maybe even both. We grandparents are optimisticly hopeful like that. So I made lots of space for all those precious photos we happy snapping grandparents take.

Extra birth records and newspaper clippings can be tucked away in the sieward pockets of the inside of the front and back covers. Page sets below are made with plenty of extra flaps, some made out of card envelopes.
