I got mine at The Front Desk along with some cute embellishments and ribbons. 
Some Tim Holtz tape, some tags and chipboard embellies ....
then added some transparencies and a few other goodies from my stash.
And woompah! Done in an afternoon!
Life is short ladies! Have yourself some "me-time" and create!
